Shadow person or what?

So, i have narowed it down to most likely a shadow person, black semi solid figure started getting darker more shaped and for a while had glowing green eyes, i cant figure gender but feel a male presence no hat no hood or cloak a straight up head with a sorta hair look. it has been with me a while since about age 2 i think, it has never done me il or anything but once came right up to me and touched me put is hand on my shoulder, cold and sorta heavy and i felt long nails. it usualy observes from across the street in an empty lot. im not really afraid but at this point a little intrested, i feel an almost emotional soul like connection. what is it and should i be worried? oh and who can i contact for a better idea or to ask my nitygrity questions that would make this too long
