Choir Ensemble with soloist?

I need to watch 2 choir ensemble videos with soloists and write a page each about their performance techniques. Do you have any suggestions for good quality famous choir pieces, like mozart or bach, or pieces from popular movies? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
