Where do professional makeup artist get the eye shadow?

i love to do the big colorful makeup and would love to get some professional eye shadows online or in store. i need bright bold colors. shimmer or none shimmer is fine. it needs to stay really well and be able to make designs. some brushes to make designs would be nice to. i like to get detailed.
