Do you know the name of this artist?

I Know the artist was definitely a male. But I want to annotate some of his work but I can't remember his name, he paints women, who look quite old fashioned, he really exaggerates the shadows. Even if you don't think its the same artist but is similar, the name would be useful, Thanks :)
