Will I be able to get into any UC?

I am currently a sophomore and going to be a junior in a few months. I did not do well during my freshmen or first semester of sophomore year. My GPA is a 3.0. Throughout my high school years, I have taken 3 AP classes (AP World History, AP Statistics, and AP European History) I am currently enrolled in the ATMS program. I am very passionate about music and I am in the school's marching band and Wind Ensemble. I want to do marching band in college as well as be in their music program, but I don't want to be a music major. I want to be in health science or computer science. I am expected to have around a 1600-1900 SAT score from test that I have taken. Will this give me a chance of getting into any UC?
