Good affordable make-up that I can buy in a massive set?

I need an affordable brand of make-up like http://www.strobecosmetics.com/Strobehome.html but they are a bit dear and they dont ship internationaly MAC would be WAY to dear. I like to do creative eye make-up like in this picture http://summersmilez.livejournal.com/9151.html The first picture. so I need a wide range of good bold colours that last and i need them in a massive package like you get in Boots and they are a big carrier box full of make-up and I need one with all of this ^ and mainly full of eye shadow and eye make-up. Thanks! I've been looking for ages and I cant find any!
