If LeBron is so much better than Kobe how come he couldn't win a ring with two superstar's and kobe only had?

Lebron's fans say"it's a team effort" but they will also contradict themselves by saying"Kobe was Carried by shaq". but than doesn't that mean Lebron is being carried by wade?
