Does Eric Spoelstra making the finals this year show any coach can have success with great players?

What I'm not overrated, but I do think that without Wade, Bosh, or LeBron I wouldn't have made it to the Finals so I was the most happy person in the world when I heard the result of “The Decision”. But lately in this series I'm starting to question LeBron's heart to win the title. We need to put a bigger effort and I hope to become a better coach throughout the years.
