Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp?

Well, straight up, I should tell you that I've never gone myself. BUT I am a huge music geek and I have close friends who have gone many time. First of all,it's not at ALL like it's depicted Secret Life Of The American Teenager. Nobody comes home pregnant from band camp. It's mostly music-and-arts focused people who go there, and they go to spend the summer working on their art, not impregnating girls. It's good that you don't want to get involved in drugs, alcohol, etc., but I assure you that there won't be any there anyways. I've never been to Blue Lake but I've gone to similar summer camps, and it's a ton of fun. Everyone is very supportive and focused, but they still have lots of fun at the same time. There's campfire sessions and shows and all sorts of great things.
