12 major scales and arpeggios for clarinet?

I am a high school student trying to make it into my schools wind ensemble and i need to be a able to play all 12 scales 2 octaves up and down with arpeggios in under 2 minutes. i know most of them but i need a page with all of that on it that is easy to read, and i haven't had any luck finding one. please help? my test is in 2 days.
